This is one of the least watched videos in Real English®, for reasons I do not understand. Personally, I really like the people we meet here, such as Joe in Exercises 1 to 3, who I find to be a most likeable guy.
The grammar structure illustrated is "like doing", which is the same as "like to do". As you know, certain verbs are followed by gerunds. You can find a list of these verbs here.
Reflexive pronouns are also introduced thanks to Joe, with a specific page for the grammar involved.
In Exercise 6, we ran into a famous New York City personality, which is probably why she politely refused to tell us her last name. Of course we respect her wishes, and will not tell you who her father is!
