Her first question: 'Do you care what you see?'
In this context, it is like asking "Do you want me to show you the milk or the mushrooms, or what? Do you care? Is it important to you?
Her second question: 'What's going on here?' This means 'Why are you asking me these questions and filming me?' - Can you understand the interviewer's answer? His answer is 4 words: 'This is language learning.'
