Teachers:

We emphasize the lexical approach and also include grammar and functions. This particular lesson puts the emphasis on grammar.

Joey teaches us about superlatives, tags, gerunds, and conditionals. His tag answers are textbook perfect, and while speaking naturally, he tends to speak more distinctly than most Americans. An ideal interviewee in many ways.

One funny thing about his interviewee is that he seems to speak honestly when he says that he's like to be president. He's a biker. That would be another first: a divorced, Harley Davidson enthusiast in the White House.

We have used many different cameras over the years. In the beginning, the cameras were extremely large and bulky. It was necessary to use such cameras in order to meet our minimum requirements of of video quality. I filmed Joey in HD with my iPhone!
