The main video clip for each lesson is available to stream or download in 3 formats:
Real Media, Quicktime, & Windows Media. However, students will prefer the Real Player. See below right.

 

Although this clip hasn't been updated for over a year, all the information in the video is still valid. And I humbly submit that it's quite a bit of fun.

Concerning the 3 different types of Media:

The Real Media Stream is the fastest to appear on your screen, and Quicktime the slowest. Windows Media also streams quickly.

It is not necessary to download the annoying Real Player to stream or download Real Media.

If you don't already have the official Real Player installed, Try the Real Alternative. It is light, and contains no spyware, available at:

If you are a student working on this site, you MUST download a real player because there are many short clips in the exercises which are in real media format only.

If you use a Mac, you will have to search for the official version of the completely free Real Player for the Mac at www.real.com
