Fernando says "You can't really learn English in Brazil..." and "You can only learn a language if you're learning it all the time".
Who is You?
1. "You" refers to any person (in a similar situation).
2. "You" refers only to Joanne, the interviewer, who is asking Fernando questions.
3. "You" refers to Fernando himself.
