Part 1 - Carlos says "I'm gonna hold on" (I'm going to hold on).

hold on phrasal verb Carlos, interviewee # 1, uses this phrasal verb (hold on) to mean "continue". He says "I'm going to hold on".		She's holding on to him.	In this example, she is 1 - holding on to him (she has a firm grip on him), but hold on also means: 2 - to keep going, to continue, (Ex:Carlos is going to hold on to his next wife. He's not going to end the marriage.), and it also means the opposite! : 3 - to stop or halt (Ex: Hold on! Stop walking!), and finally: 4 - to keep a telephone connection open.
hold on phrasal verb		The 4th meaning of "hold on": He's trying to keep several phone connections open!
Part 2 - Sid says his worst decision relates to prior relationships with women.
prior adjective preceding in time or order, earlier Sid, interviewee # 2, has had problems in prior relationships.		It is now 2009. In this example, Sid's prior realtionship was with Jill.
Part 3 - Steve says he should have married a certain girl 6 years ago. He says he regrets not marrying her. The interviewer asks: "Is there any recovery from that bad decision?".
