"What have you done this morning?" Why does the interviewer use the present perfect to ask this question?

1. Interviewer: What have you done this morning?
  Noelle-Christine: Uhm... Woke up, and... woke up as a married woman. Woke up a married woman.
  Interviewer: Did that feel good?
  Noelle-Christine: Oh, it felt wonderful. My mother called me this morning and said "Good morning Mrs. Brazil". It was so exciting. I was a "Mrs".
2. Interviewer: What did you do this morning?
  Noelle-Christine: Uhm... Woke up, and... woke up as a married woman. Woke up a married woman.
  Interviewer: Did that feel good?
  Noelle-Christine: Oh, it felt awful. My mother called me this morning and said "I told you not to get married, Mrs. Brazil!". She was horrible.
3. Interviewer: What have you done this morning?
  Noelle-Christine: Uhm... Woke up, and... woke up as a married woman. Woke up a married woman.
  Interviewer: Did that feel good?
  Noelle-Christine: Oh, it felt really terrible. My mother called me this morning and said "Good morning Mrs. Brazil". It was so depressing. I have to live with this guy the rest of my life.
