The video you see here now is just a short introduction to this important verb tense, a tool to give beginners and pre-intermediate students their first taste of the near future.

This is at the top of my "to do list". The complete version will soon be right here as video number 2, with a new, complete lesson.

As you know, the present progressive is also used for actions in the near future. For example, "She is meeting her boyfriend in a bar tonight" is the same as "She is going to meet her boyfriend in a bar tonight". This will be made clear with the complete version of the video. With a little bit of luck, you won't even read this message, since I am going to begin this job today.
